Vision
Scientific study of robotics, automated tasks and advanced computer networks.
Concept
Designing network infrastructures and the applications that run on them.
Reality
Systems built and run in production, from IRC networks to data-center hosting.
From IRC to R&D
Founded in 1997 as an IRC chat network, Neohorizon's developers worked on UnrealIRCd, NeoStats and SolarStats. The group went on to design network infrastructures, co-founded REMAGINE in 2003, and turned its focus purely to research and development.
Along the way: Cydonia Radio, SFUNDERGROUNDER, Dynamo, Monetizr, the Open Technology Wiki, and the Piddx platform.
