Neohorizon Network History: In 1997 a small software group joined together and started ICRinc. Later that year, ICRinc became the Neohorizon Network and started an IRC chat system along with offering web services. Some members of the Neohorizon team were made up of lead programmers that developed the UnrealIRCD, NeoStats and SolarStats. In the second quarter of 2000, Neohorizon split, and a portion of the IRC Network became AxeNet. After the split, Neohorizon focused on designing network infrastructures and network applications, along with creating and hosting websites. After two years of success, Neohorizon branched out into other areas. In 2003, Neohorizon worked along side with Source Marketing, a marketing firm based out of Springfield Massachusetts. Neohorizon and Source Marketing decided to combine their efforts and created REMAGINE. Later that year, Neohorizon returned to it's roots and focused purely on Research and Development projects. The Neohorizon Network is now dedicated to the scientific study of robotics, automated tasks, and advanced computer networks. Neohorizon leaves web design and other services to REMAGINE. |
